When does a route open?
A route does not open until the authority’s own publications have been read and written down, the official form questions have been confirmed, and an independent review is complete. That is why the list is short: presenting an unready route as supported would be worse than not listing it.
In the meantime you can check for free which route applies to you. Your passport, where you live and why you are travelling is enough.
